If you need financing for the purchase of a new apartment, we suggest you to find out your possibilities for receiving a mortgage loan before signing a reservation agreement. Verbal reservation time is meant for this purpose. We cooperate with AS “SEB banka”, AS “Swedbank”, AS “Luminor Bank” and AS “Citadele banka”, however, you can also choose another bank to receive a loan.
View available apartments, choose the most suitable and contact us to make an apartment reservation. Verbal reservation is valid for 5 working days.
If you need financing for the purchase of a new apartment, find out your possibilities of getting a mortgage loan before signing a reservation agreement.
As for the projects under construction, free of charge or paid finishing options are available. Finishing solutions can be selected during the construction process until a certain time.
When the project is completed, we will invite you to view the apartment. Upon signing a property inspection report, we will carry out a procedure for entering into the purchase agreement. After paying the full purchase price and completing all the paperwork, you will become the owner of the new apartment.
